Meet Dale & Ashley Long
The Faces Behind UR Cabinets CFL
Dale’s passion for woodworking began in 2002 under the mentorship of a seasoned Master Carpenter and family relative with over 40 years of experience. Before founding UR Cabinets Central FL in 2019, Dale led complex industrial construction projects for nearly two decades, managing power plants, chemical mines, and medical facilities.
His extensive experience in project management and construction fuels his eye for precision and ability to bring custom cabinet visions to life. Since launching the business, Dale has been designing and building custom kitchens and bathrooms that reflect each client’s unique style and needs. His commitment to quality and detail ensures stunning results every time.
Ashley, formerly an elementary school teacher, joined the business full-time in 2021. With her natural leadership, organizational skills, and heart for service, Ashley ensures every project runs smoothly and every client feels heard.
Her presence is a cornerstone of UR Cabinets’ warm and professional client experience.
The Long family’s passion for cabinetry runs deep, shared with Dale’s brother, Jordan Long, owner of the original UR Cabinets on Kennedy Blvd in South Tampa. Together, they are proud to carry on their family’s tradition of high-quality craftsmanship.
